Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PAL (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. PAL is provided by AIC Professional Services UK Ltd. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2.

Description of Service

PAL is a typed .NET client surface, code generation toolchain and supporting documentation for Palantir Foundry and AIP APIs. PAL is an independent product of AIC Professional Services UK Ltd and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Palantir Technologies Inc. Your use of Foundry or AIP remains governed by your own agreement with Palantir. Capability coverage and generated surfaces may change between releases.

3.

Accounts

Access to PAL packages, private build channels and documentation is granted to named licensees. You are responsible for keeping credentials and feed tokens confidential, for all activity carried out with them, and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.

4.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Software for unlawful purposes; redistribute, sublicense or publish PAL packages or generated source outside the terms of your licence; remove or obscure licence and attribution notices; or use the Software to circumvent access controls or licence terms of any platform it connects to.

5.

Data and Integrations

PAL runs inside your environment and calls the Palantir platform using credentials you supply. We do not host, process or store your Foundry or AIP data as part of providing the Software. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you access, for the permissions granted to the identities you use, and for the configuration of your own deployment.

6.

Subscription and Billing

Licence fees, terms and renewal dates are set out in your written licence or order form. Evaluation access is provided without fee, for assessment purposes, and may be withdrawn at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms or your licence are breached. You may end your licence in accordance with its terms. On termination, rights to use PAL packages and private build channels end, and you must stop distributing anything generated from them beyond permitted use.

8.

Disclaimers

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Parity reports describe what was tested against a stated specification baseline at a point in time; they are not a guarantee of platform behaviour, future compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIC Professional Services UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from use of the Software.

10.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted alongside the release they accompany. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
